Name: Entangling Scarf

Description: This jutsu utilizes a scarf in a combat situation to hinder your opponent. After making few one handed seals, you project chakra into a scarf. You can now control your scarf's movement and can cause it to wrap around your opponent's limbs, or their whole body if the scarf is long enough.

Requirements: A scarf or ribbon like accessory
Description: This is a simple technique that increase the length of a scarf or scarf-like object. At a genin level this is by 50% of it's normal length, chuunin doubles the length, jounin triples it and gonin/kage quintuples it.

Requirements: A scarf or ribbon like accessory, Entangling Scarf
Description: This gives a single scarflike object a partially sentient creature. This scarf constantly leechs chakra from you, but as a result it can attack of it's on accord. You can still command it mentally, and it's in your control as long as you wear it. If removed, the scarf will return to sentience if you touch it once again. If you can somehow project your chakra from you, it can "live" within that projection. It can do any scarf jutsu you know.

Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: A scarf or ribbon like accessory
Description: This jutsu was created to make the other scarf jutsu a bit harder to break out of. First and foremostly, this makes the targeted object steel like hardness as long as you feed chakra into it. This may become even harder than steel, depending on the amount of chakra used. As a consequence, the edges of the scarf can now cut much like a kunai.
Name: Chakura no Mitsumori [Chakra Projection]

Requirements: Good Chakra Control, At least normal skill with ninjutsu
Description: This jutsu allows you to share chakra with allies, pets, scarfs, etc. You form several handseals and send a line of chakra out to the intended target. This line take chakra to maintain in addition to the chakra given, but that chakra will be absorbed into the target when the jutsu is dismissed. The distance of this projection is 5 feet per shinobi ranking.
