Charoo finding no information in Iwagakure had decided to travel the world in search of answers that had haunted him since he first gave up his soul for power. He walked slowly but surely as he took careful care of his failing body. "I wounder if i will die before ever finding my family heritage." he thought to his grandfather. "I doubt that your body will fail i mean you have us to keep you somewhat healthy." Said Unikurain to his grandson gently. Charoo walked down a path as he noticed that the dirt floor was muddy. This was odd sense it hadn't rained that day and he didn't smell a spring. "Whats this?" he asked himself walking into the muck in search of the reason of the mud. As he walked he noticed a muddy body laying in the mud with its face up to the sky. It took him a moment until the muddy person was Tamotsu. Charoo wairy from the last encounter drew his sword and slowly walked to Tamotsu. After making sure he wouldnt be attacked he slowly bent down and touched Tamotsu's throat to see if there was a pulse. "I don't feel a pulse" he said panicked as he bent down and started to perform CPR. "Damn it don't die." He called out to the body of tamotsu as he pressed down on his chest. "Please don't die" he said as tears started to fall from his eyes.

A tear fell on Tamotsu's face and then it lit up softly as it rolled off his cheek. His eyes opened slowly as the red ring around his eyes finally disappeared and he looked at Charoo who was crying. The scene in itself confused Tamotsu who then spoke. "Why are you crying?" He said as he sat up and then began coughing. It seemed a lot of water had made it into his system and he managed to put together what happen. He remembered Katsuga's attack and his block of it failing. He looked away and then realized he must have been in a false death state to remain alive.

Charoo was taken away as Tamotsu opened his eyes and then spoke to him. "Tamotsu-kun..." was all he could mutter as his master looked around confused. Charoo could not fine his voice as Tamotsu looked around his surroundings in what looked like confusion. "Charoo this is your chance don't just stand there like common fool and speak." Said Unikurain edging charoo to speak to his long lost love. "I...I found you here in the mud...and i didnt feel a pulse and had to give you mouth to mouth...." he said as he started to trail off. He just stood there in silence as he looked at the man woundering if he will run or turn into the demon.

"So then I was almost dead..." Tamotsu said as he closed his eyes and then sighed. He was tired to say the least, his body wracked with pain from the events before. The Demon had taken a good hold on him but he knew a way to combat it in the future. He knew only one way to truly be the dominant mind. He then looked at Charoo who seemed to be out of it and then attempted to stand. However, a static pain went off in his whole body as if he were paralyzed. It was something he knew to be temporary but he couldn't move. "I need help. My body is sleep mode meaning I can't move alone."

Charoo hesitated and looked at the man infront of him but then nodded and slowly lifted him up and carried him to the dirt path that connected kusagakure to the grass border. Charoo carried him to a tree and gently put him on the ground and looked at him calmly. "Tamotsu...i'm sorry....i got so intranced in the books and the scrolls i...."he started to trail off again Charoo looked down at the dirt underneath his feet. He felt ashamed and incredibly awkward standing in front of a man who in a instant could destroy him to a point that there would not be a single dust particle left of him. He looked away and turned to start walking. "Well i will go and leave you now." he said not wanting him to see how much he had changed.

"Go and leave me here to die?" Tamotsu said as he still couldn't move. He knew it would be a while before he could but the fact that his former lover was already abandoning him made him fee like trash. He sucked his teeth and then looked away. "Go ahead then. Leave me and then regret later when I'm dead." He said in a cold tone as if to make him change his mind. Tamotsu looked at his hands which he couldn't move and realized how much destruction he cause. He closed his eyes and began resenting himself because of it. He didn't want to cause pain but that's all he did.

Charoo stiffened and looked down. "I am leaving him to die arn't i..." he thought to himself as he turned and looked at Tamotsu. "No i wont leave you here." he said as he slowly walked to Tamotsu and sitting beside him and looking away. "I will stay here till you are strong enough to move." he told Tamotsu curtly as if he itched to get away. Just being beside the man he once loved made him feel heavy with grief and regret. "Charoo are you ok?" asked a spirit inside him. "I'll be fine as long as i dont look at him i will be ok." Charoo said looking at a small worm who wiggled out of the dirt and danced upward trying to get free.

Tamotsu looked at Charoo and then back to the sky. Moving his head was the only thing keeping him from going insane. He felt the urge to yell but his chest had pains he could still feel and advised himself mentally not to. He sighed and then spoke. "You're always too worried about how much power you have and protecting you others, that you forget the important thing. Protecting yourself means protecting others." Tamotsu said with conviction and sting. He then turned to look at Charoo who was looking at a worm. "It's like you have no hold on your life and you do things the wrong way, causing pain."

"I do things that feel right to me even if they are wrong to everyone else. I want to defend everyone i care about even if it makes me a monster. You of all people should know what i'm talking about." He said with conviction looking at worm as it finally got free and wiggled around for a bit. "I sold my soul to try to protect you but i was too late you were already gone. I tried to learn about my family to learn about the spirits that i am able to control so easily. That has taken longer then i have expected and it seems that my body is dieing because of me giving away my soul..." he said as he slowly looked up at Tamotsu. "I never wanted to hurt you..."

Tamotsu looked at Charoo and sucked his teeth and then looked at the night as it began rolling in. "Azure. The Color of the rising and fading sun. It's a color of blue that's only seen during sun rise and sun set. It's my favorite color." Tamotsu said as he kept his eyes on the hue of blue in the sky. He then looked back at Charoo and spoke again. "Sometimes, we suffer great pain to protect others without knowing how much pain we make the others feel in doing so. Sometimes we want to fight together so the pain is shared and healed equally." Tamotsu said as he looked back at the sky and then sighed.
