Name: Kami manipulation
Requirements: 6 Point Training, My permission
Description: An SA which allows the user to in essence manipulate paper, using their chakra to mold, and shape it into various forms. The paper used in this way is chakra enforced, and thusly is not weak against Fire, or water as one might think, and is in fact resistant to them to an extent, they only real weakness being Oil.

Name: Dance of the Shikigami
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Kami Manipulation
Description: Using their high origami and ninjutsu skills, the ninja will turn their body and clothing into many sheets of paper. They can control and reshape every sheet at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting their movements.

Name: Shikigami Clone
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements:
Description: Taking avantage of the users ablitiy to create and mainoulate paper, they infuse some of their chraka into it. This allows them to create a perfect replica of them which can be controled remotely. When the clone is hit or Disperses it merely returns back into the paper used to form it.

Name: Shikigami Creation
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A (kin)
Requirements: Kami Manipulation
Description: A jutsu that requires no hand seals too be performed, it does however require trees, or another substance of wood to be present in order to activate. When using this jutsu the user will place their hand upon said object, and with a burst of chakra transmute it into paper, this paper can then be used in combination with other jutsu.

Name: Shikigami Absorption
Type: Ijutsu
Rank: S (Kin)
Requirements: Kami Manipulation, 6 point training, 3 Kami Jutsu
Description: A jutsu that requires no hand signs to perform, it allows for one to absorb the paper around them to repair injuries which would normally be un-repairable. (Such as loss of an arm etc.) However the drawback of the jutsu is that no jutsu may be used for five posts after the user has performed it, and they have no access to their paper after it has been done.

3. Looks like Jutsu Shou, without the intense chakra cost. Sort of. A bit iffy, anyway.

3. The only thing is it only works with elements you are weak to, so it is only good as a blocking device against those, and can only be used three times, and cannot block the powerful moves, so I think it is different enough, and linear enough to avoid a huge cost in chakra.

Since I am trying to make it a bit like Rasengan, but with more raw power instead of condensed power.
