Tobi was marching towards the market, as usual the villagers were noisy. It was always the same, yelling about a robbery made at their kioske or a Villager who wasn't agreeing with a bargain, etc. It did not enrage Tobi all thsi fighting but made him laugh. A Shinobi as himself could get passed these issues by using his Techniques to win a bargain or to sucessfully rob a baker or a fisherman. As the soal of his feet, felt the rocks and pebbles on the ground, he continued laughing at the disarray inside a, what should be, calm location. He continued his stroll down the market, looking for anything attracting his eye, both object and... person. He reached to his neck, assuring himself that he had his most prized possesion, Uchibuki. As his hand came in contact of the cold metal, a blast of relief went down his body.

Reiko had just left his previous bad situation and began walking in the mountains. Twice he had been scorned by someone he was beginning to care about and he just sat in the marketplace, his head hanging in shame and heartache. He simply held his sword before him and then looked at it. He looked at the well made blade and wonder how the reflection of the world seems to be so different from person to person. He replaced the blade back to it's sheath and then looked to the sky as he watched the clouds pass by. The sun was hiding behind the clouds but it didn't bother him much as the coolness made him happy despite the terrible circumstances.

As Tobi stepped out of a flower shop he had entered moments earlier, he looked up to the sky and breathed in freash air, non-parfumed by the flower aromas. As his eyes made contact with the ground, a flash of light hit Tobi in his eyes. He quickly spun around, and rub his eyes. As he turned around, he made sure not to position his eyes in the objects reflection of the sun. As he tracked the object, he found that his was a blade, unsheathed and held by its wielder. The wielder looked like a boy of Tobi's age. As that interior remark was done, the boy sheathed his sword and stood. A depressed and sad emotion could be seen from his facial expression. Tobi then saw him bring his eyes to the sky and walk. As the boy walked away, Tobi felt an urge to go help and comfort the boy and si he did, trying to talk get his attention, even as Tobi got pushed around by running and screaming villagers.

Reiko walked along the path behind the marketplace and then continued down the road towards Iwagakure to tell Tamotsu he was no longer hoping to stay. However, he had a cold feeling that his decision would not be an easy on to go through with. As he walked he heard alot of commotion and then looked back behind him. He could see a young ninja making his way through the crowd with no regards to his safety as they pushed him and it bothered him a bit. He walked back and then stood there with a high and mighty look in his eyes. "Hey, it's not cool to just push people out of the way and just continue on like they're nobodies. That makes you seem like a useless curd who should be put down like a bad dog." Reiko said to the people.

Tobi's eyes had been carefully watching the boy. When he turned around and came forward, shouting at the Villagers puching Tobi around, a warm feeling descended thru Tobi's body. As he was able to make his way thru, though face planting in the dusty ground, he stood back up and smiled cheerfully at the boy, 'Thank You.' Tobi quick reached out to shake the boys hand and at the same time spoke his name, 'My name is Kobayashi, Tobikuma Kobayashi. But you can call me Tobi.' As he finished his sentence, he felt a Villagers elbow in his back. As his body was launched forward because of his lost of balance, he stuck his hand out, trying to grab the boys shoulder to regain his balance.

Reiko smiled and then went to shake the boy's hand. "My name is..." Before he could say his name at all, the boy fell forward because of a stray elbow to his back. Reiko moved forward quickly and held the boy and let him hold his shoulders. He looked down into Tobi's eyes with a small smile and laughed a minute. "Name's Reiko. Today's not your day is it?" He smiled as he still held the boy to him. He felt that if he let go the boy would be pummeled again so he didn't. He looked deep into his eyes and then smiled once more. "What brings you out into the mountains?" He asked curious why he was this far from his village.

Tobi was thinking he was going to suffer another face plant but luckily, the boy caught. The boy looked into Tobi's eyes and told him his name, Reiko. With the support of the boy's shoulder, Tobi took back what what hsi lost balance and smiled back. 'Thanks again, Reiko.' Reiko then asked why he was in the Mountain, probably noticing his Iwa headband. 'I go to the Graveyard. My Grandfathers tomb is located there and I have good memories of that location.' The good memories Tobi was talking about were the ones of his Uchibuki Training and the meeting of the Iwa Kage. He brought his hand and softly shuffled it with his fingers.

~Have you heard!? The war is over!! The Iwagakure Army won the war! We're saved! Yasuo Amano has been named the new Kage!!~ A man ran down the street yelling this and then Reiko looked at him surprised. If this was indeed true then his his adventure just increased in scale and he grumbled about it. He then remembered he was holding Tobi and let him go softly. But he exchanged places with him and then smiled as no one seemed to bump into him. "That's a nifty looking scarf. It's also weird. What is it?" He said noticing that the texture was definitely fabric but he noticed it was a metal hybrid.

OCC: Lol. I still thought AJ was Tsuchikage.

IC:
As a man screamed out the change of Tsuchikage, Tobi felll to his knees. 'How could someone else then him be Tsuchikage...' A stroke of tears fell from his knees until the close and reassuring voice of Reiko was heard. Tobi quickly stood, and wiped the strokes of water falling down his cheeks. 'This is Uchibuki. I received and trained it with my master, Inuzuka Tamotsu.' He tugged it off of his neck and used one of the Uchibuki Jutsu Arsenal, and made a Scythe. He swung it around a little before speaking to Reiko, 'Its made of a Chakra conducting metal alloy. It has a 7 Jutsu Arsenal.' He made it back into a scarf and slid it back on his neck.

"Don't be down. From what I hear is that the kid whose Kage now is really strong. They even say he's on level with your Master, Tamotsu." Reiko said as the boy stood up and then began speaking about the scarf. Reiko listened to him intently and watched as he showed what it could do. He then thought about how powerful the scarf could be if used correctly. But he began trying to analyze a weakness quickly for it. "That's amazing. I've never heard of a weapon that functions that way. I think it looks cool on you." Reiko smiled as he spoke honestly to the ninja before him. "I'm kinda new in town and hungry. Know a good place?"
